I needed some coding advice so I found a site that was doing what I needed and sent an email to the creators (Vast HTML) via an on-screen contact form. A few hours later I received back a detailed and exact reply from Eric Hamby. Not only did he cover what I needed, he also pointed me in some other directions of interest including his personal blog (called Jerico Systems) which can be found here and some projects he is working on. This is the epitome of customer support. It has become a conversation. I feel I now know more about what he and his company believe in and trying to achieve. I have worked with Vast for a while now and I have yet to find something to complain about. The site itself is easy to navigate and get’s right down to the point. The Cloudscape Theme was developed by Eric of Jericho Systems. Its gallery homepage layout makes it ideal for artists, photographers and web design galleries.
